LabLabeller.com is a label editor for laboratories. A label designed at 28.6 × 12.7 mm is exported at those dimensions. Physical print size depends on your printer, media and driver settings. The text on the label is the text you typed, in the face you chose, with nothing shortened or shrunk to make it fit. Where something does not fit, it says so before it prints rather than quietly trimming it.

It is offered free, with no account. It is not a compliance product: it does not classify chemicals, does not certify that a label meets any regulation, and does not check your work against a safety data sheet. Those judgements stay with the person printing the label.

Privacy

Label content never leaves your browser. There is no account, no label-data backend, no cloud sync, and no analytics on the editor. Editing, QR generation, image import and PDF generation all run locally, in the tab.

Your draft, output settings and recent output snapshots are kept in this browser’s local storage so the page can restore your work. These records are not uploaded by the application. Clearing them — from the editor’s privacy panel, or by clearing site data — removes these local records; it does not delete PDFs or other copies you have already saved elsewhere. Downloads and printing are handled by your browser, operating system and chosen destination.

Images and symbols you add are re-encoded in the browser before they are stored. That is deliberate: it strips camera metadata such as timestamps and GPS coordinates, which would otherwise be embedded in any PDF you hand to somebody else.

Guide and template pages can display advertising when configured. Advertising is not present on the editor, and the editor’s content security policy admits no third-party script at all.

Terms

The application is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use — including a mislabelled sample, a label that does not meet a regulation that applies to you, or output that a particular printer or driver rescales.

Printer drivers scale. Print at 100% or Actual Size, and check the first label against a ruler before committing a batch. The size-check PDF in the print panel exists for exactly that.

You keep every right in the content you put on a label, including images and symbols you upload. Nothing in that content is transmitted, so nothing in it is ours to claim.

Licences and attribution

• Type. The bundled families ship under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Sources, hashes and coverage are recorded with the fonts.
• GHS pictograms. U.S. OSHA artwork, public domain.
• Other hazard symbols. The biohazard, ionising radiation and laser marks are constructed from published public-domain geometry rather than copied from standards artwork. Nothing here reproduces ISO 7010 drawings, and nothing here claims ISO 7010 conformance.
• Hazard and precautionary wording. A deliberately limited reference subset. Confirm the wording that applies to your material against its current safety data sheet.
