Lab label stock and sizes

The sizes and materials themselves, and what each one is for.

Two things decide whether a label works: whether it fits the vessel, and whether the material survives what the vessel goes through. The usable dimension is always smaller than the obvious one — a cryovial's straight barrel is much shorter than the vial, a thermal printer's print width is narrower than its roll — and the material follows from exposure rather than from temperature alone.
